This Amendment No. 1 to Cost Reimbursement Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of March 19, 2020, by and between Dos Palos-Oro Loma Joint Unified School District, a California public school district (“District”) and Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., a California corporation (“Contractor” or “Provider”), and amends that certain Cost Reimbursement Agreement dated December 18, 2018, by and between District and Provider (the “Agreement”). District and Provider are each referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
