This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 5th day of March, 2012 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Silver Cross Hospitals and Medical Centers, Inc., an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“Seller”), and Total Renal Care, Inc., a California corporation (“Buyer”).
