You would like to use the Roku Software Development Kit (SDK) (as defined below) to develop one or more Channel Applications (as defined below) for the Roku Digital Video Player. Roku is willing to grant You a limited license to use the SDK to develop and test Your Channel Applications on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. At Your option, Channel Applications developed under this Agreement may be submitted to Roku for evaluation and, if accepted, posting by Roku in the Channel Store, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Appendix A.
