The purpose of t h i s Agreement is t o establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Hospital and the employees concerned and t o establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for a l l employees within the bargaining unit and t o provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances.
