This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and the employees covered by this Agreement. It is the desire of both parties to cooperate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees, and to settle amicably grievances which may arise from time to time hereunder in a manner hereinafter set out.
