This Master Price Agreement is effective as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY, an Oregon public corporation under ORS Chapter 190 (“PPA” or “Purchaser”) and Recreation Today (“Vendor”).
