This Contract for Assessment and Collection (“Contract”) is between Dallas County, Texas (“County”), through its County Tax Assessor-Collector, and the Town of Addison, Texas (“Taxing Unit”) and is entered into pursuant to Section 6.24 of the Texas Property Tax Code and Sec. 791.011 of the Texas Government Code.
