THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, by and through the Fort Bend County Commissioners Court, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” and CORRECTIONAL HEALTHCARE MANGEMENT, INC., a subsidiary of Correctional Healthcare Companies, hereinafter referred to as “CHM,” a Colorado corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas.
