This Energy Conservation Program Customer Implementation Agreement (Agreement) is entered into on the date signed by the parties, below, by and between Columbia River PUD, 64001 Columbia River Highway, Deer Island, Oregon 97054 (“CRPUD”), and Columbia County Public Works Dept. (“Customer”), in order to set forth the terms and conditions under which CRPUD will pay financial incentives (“Incentive Award”) to Customer under an energy conservation program established by Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). CRPUD and Customer may be referred to individually as “Party” or, collectively, as “Parties.”
