Generation prices and charges are set by the supplier you have chosen. The PUC regulates distribution prices and services. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulates transmission prices and services. The PUC does not regulate the prices or other charges from Starion found in this Agreement. Customer understands that Starion is not affiliated with or representing the Electric Distribution Company (“EDC”) or PUC. You acknowledge that switching to Starion, or another EGS, is not mandatory, and that you have the option to receive default service from your EDC.
