The Church reserves the right, however, on such notice as the Church is able to provide, to require that the student commuter lots and Lessee’s right to use a rented Space, be vacated during specified hours within the rental periods to accommodate the parking needs of the Church for funerals or other special events. Notices shall be left on the vehicles and, if possible, by email, to afford the Lessee such notice as is possible, and which in any event shall not be less than twenty-four (24) hours.
