Holt, Trustee and Rita Mae Madden, Trustee (the “Trustees”), the Lompoc District Libraries Foundation, a California nonprofit corporation (“Foundation”), the Friends of the Lompoc Public Library System, a California nonprofit corporation (the "Friends") and the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (“City”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
