This Sublicense provides supplemental terms to your processing agreement (“Agreement”) with Banc of America Merchant Services, LLC (Bank of America Merchant Services) or First Data Services, LLC (as applicable, your “Processor”), and/or Bank of America, N.A.(“Bank”), in connection with your receipt of the Merchant Alert Services. This Sublicense constitutes part of the Agreement upon your acceptance when you click the “I Agree” icon at the end of this screen. The terms of the Agreement, along with this Sublicense, are applicable to your use of the Merchant Alert Services.
