This Articulation Agreement (herein referred to as “Agreement”) formally recognizes that South Texas College (herein referred to as “STC”) on behalf of its Associate Degree Nursing Program and Texas A&M University (herein referred to as “TAMU”), a Texas institution of higher education, on behalf of its College of Nursing (herein referred to as “TAMU- CON”), are committed to providing educational opportunities for students transferring between our institutions. This agreement is intended to create and maintain a smooth transfer without the need to repeat successfully completed courses. STC and TAMU are each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively sometimes referred to as the “Parties.”
