trader for the purposes of accepting de- livery and service of all communica- tions issued by or on behalf of the Com- mission to the foreign clearing member or the foreign trader and must provide an address in the United States where the agent will accept delivery and serv- ice of communications from the Com- mission. This agreement must be filed with the Commission by the reporting market prior to permitting the foreign clearing member or the foreign trader to clear or effect any transactions in futures or option contracts. Unless oth- erwise specified by the Commission, the agreements required to be filed with the Commission shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commission at Three Lafayette Centre, 1155 21st Street, NW., Washington, DC 20581.
