These General Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into upon receipt of a purchase order for the work set forth in the Work Order (as defined below) between the entity set forth on the Work Order (referred to herein as the “Company”) and Translucence Biosystems, Inc (“Translucence”). By executing a Work Order that references this Agreement or is attached hereto, Company expressly agrees that all of the terms of this Agreement are applicable and binding. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its Affiliates (as defined below) to this Agreement, in which case the term Company shall refer to such entity and its Affiliates (as defined below). If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services (as defined below).
