Pursuant to Intergovernmental Telecommunications Services Sharing Agreement No. C2003- 150, and the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 (collectively “Sharing Agreement”) entered into as of the 14th day of August 2003, the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf and for Arizona State University (“ASU”) and City of Tempe (“Tempe” or “City”) enter into this Site-Specific Supplemental Agreement which shall be Supplement No. 2 (“Supplement”) to the Sharing Agreement.
