This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this day of 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Chowchilla Water District GSA (Chowchilla WD), Madera County GSA – Chowchilla (Madera County), Merced County GSA – Chowchilla (Merced County), and Triangle T Water District GSA (Triangle T WD), collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties,” or individually as the “Party.”
