This Agreement will become effective upon the date of your acceptance of the Agreement by signing below (the “Effective Date”). As of the Effective Date, this Agreement replaces and supersedes in its entirety the letter agreement between you and the Company dated June 29, 2017 (the “Prior Agreement”).
