This Award is subject to all of the terms and conditions as set forth in this Restricted Stock Unit Grant Notice and Award Agreement (such agreement, together with any special terms and conditions for your country, if any, in the Appendix hereto, the “Agreement”) and the Plan, which is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety. Defined terms not explicitly defined in this Agreement but defined in the Plan shall have the same definitions as in the Plan.
