This Confidentiality Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between McEnearney Commercial Inc. as Representatives for the owners of properties in Alexandria, VA, City of Alexandria, ("Disclosing Party") and Interested Party and Broker as outlined below ("Receiving Party") for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below.
