This contract is made between Lyndon Outing Club of Lyndon, Vermont (LOC) and (Printed Name of Renter)Event Venue Rental Agreement • November 11th, 2020
All full day rentals will cover one full calendar day (12:00AM to 11:59PM), regardless of the time of the actual event. Any rental time beyond that time period will be charged for an additional full day. Some exceptions may be made for set-up/cleaning provided there is not a rental on any adjacent day. LOC agrees to rent and the Renter agrees to lease the premises of LOC located in Lyndon, VT on the following terms and conditions:
