We, the undersigned company, do hereby make application to participate as an Exhibitor (the “Exhibitor”) at the 2017 Mari-Tech Conference & Exhibition, to be held at the Hotel Bonaventure, Montreal (Canada), April 20-21, 2017. We understand and agree that this entire document constitutes a contract (the “Contract”) between the Exhibitor and the 2017 Mari-Tech Conference & Exhibition (CIMarE) upon execution hereof of both parties. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes any previous understandings between parties. We, the undersigned company, have read and agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions contained in this contract, including the “Exhibition Rules and Regulations” (available upon request), and any additional material provided by the 2017 Mari- Tech Conference & Exhibition, with respect thereto.
