as of August 23, 2023 (this “Amendment”), is entered into by and among MALLINCKRODT PLC and its undersigned affiliates (each individually a “Mallinckrodt Entity” and collectively “Mallinckrodt”), and the Opioid Master Disbursement Trust II (the “Trust”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the original Cooperation Agreement (as defined below). Mallinckrodt and the Trust are sometimes individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
