This Participation Agreement will be effective for a period of three years from the Effective Date (through June 8, 2024). Thereafter, this Participation Agreement may be renewed in writing for subsequent one year periods (Renewal Term). Either party may terminate this Participation Agreement without cause by providing the other party with thirty days prior written notice.
