This Professional Services Agreement for Public Outreach (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lehi City Corporation (hereinafter “City”) and Wilkinson Ferrari & Co., LLC, (hereinafter “Wilkinson”). This Agreement shall be binding and effective as of the date both parties affix their respective signatures below (hereinafter “Effective Date”).
