Employer, the employees and the Union the full benefits of orderly and legal collective bargaining in respect to hours, wages and working conditions and to insure to the utmost extent possible the safety and well-being of its employees, economy of operation, quality of output and protection of property. This Agreement moreover seeks to provide for fair and peaceful adjustments of all disputes that may arise between the parties hereto and for all employees to cooperate fully, individually and collectively for the advancement of the conditions set forth herein.
