This limited warranty (herein referred to as (”Warranty”) applies to Products (“LiFePO4 batteries” or “i-Node”) supplied by IG3N to end customers (hereafter referred to as “Customer”) that may be a natural person or a legal entity, for the purposes of on-site use.
