This Agreement is made and entered into as of July 1, 2023 by and between the Successor Agency to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency operating under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”), and Willdan Financial Services, a subsidiary of Willdan Group, Inc., with its principal place of business at 27368 Via Industria, Suite 200, Temecula, CA 92590 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). Agency and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
