The following agreement confirms the terms and conditions of the working relationship between the Governor’s Institute and the speaker named above. This agreement replaces all prior agreements. The parties agree that Governor’s Institute and the Speaker will work to provide high quality continuing education and training for health professionals in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. The terms of this agreement shall be from the date the agreement is signed until the agreement is completed or until replaced in full or in part by a modified agreement. The Governor’s Institute assumes responsibility for marketing, general administration, purchase of participant materials, distribution of materials, room and equipment rental fees as arranged by Governor’s Institute.
