This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Cheyenne, located at 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 (“City”), and Trihydro Corporation, located at 1252 Commerce Drive, Laramie, Wyoming 82070 (“Consultant”). This Agreement shall become effective upon the date of the last signature affixed hereto.
