This TIF Zone Number Two Economic Development Incentive and Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Sachse, a Texas home rule municipality (“City”), the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Sachse, Texas (the “Board”), and PMB Station Developer, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company”) (each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”), acting by and through their respective authorized officers or representatives.
