THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MICOS Group LLC , a Georgia limited liability company, having offices at 4283 Moccasin Trail, Woodstock, GA 30189, its permitted successors and assigns (“MICOS GROUP”, Developer), and , with offices at its permitted successors and assigns (“Client”), and is effective as of the date last executed by the parties below. (“Effective Date”).
