THIS GUARANTY is executed effective as of the 16th day of January, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by TINUUM GROUP, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Guarantor”), in favor of LOUISVILLE GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Kentucky corporation (“Beneficiary”). Guarantor and Beneficiary are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
