Contract Type FiledOctober 23rd, 2020- the rotating magnetocaloric (RMCE) and magnetic barocaloric (MBCE) effects in molecular magnets. The MCE is a phenomenon in which the temperature of magnetic material is changing due to variation of the magnetic field. In RMCE the temperature of magnetic material is changing due to its rotation in constant field, while in MBCE the temperature of magnetic material is changing due to application of pressure. Both effects have been scarcely studied in magnetic molecular compounds. However, some of previous results suggest that certain types of molecular magnets (i.e. SMM - single molecule magnets, SCO- spin crossover compounds) have unique properties that can be important for improving and better understanding of RMCE and BCE. Our previous research have shown that in certain conditions it is possible to enhance RMCE in 2D molecular magnets. On the other hand, the structure (therefore also the magnetic properties) molecular magnets can be substantially modified with applying relatively l
