THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the day of , 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State to Georgia, acting by and through its duly elected Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) and the CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its duly elected Mayor and Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as “City”).
