from the date of final signature, unless this Agreement violates any Arizona law, rule or regulation, either now enacted or which may be enacted in the future. This Agreement shall be reviewed every (2) two years at a meeting of both parties to assess continuing necessity and viability. This Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive periods of (4) four-years unless either party shall give notice in writing to the other not less than (30) thirty days nor more than (90) ninety days prior to the initial or renewed expiration date. Further, this Agreement may be cancelled by either Party at any time upon (30) thirty-day written notice to the other party. At the termination of this Agreement, each party shall return to the other party any equipment belonging to that party.
