This AuPairCare Au Pair Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between AuPairCare, a California Corporation and “Au Pair” (first and last name of Au Pair) of (City) , (Country) ”. Au Pair has fully read this Agreement and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein. “Host Family” is the family in the United States with whom Au Pair has agreed to match, and with whom Au Pair will live and work.
