This PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated for purposes of identification only as (the “Date of this Agreement”), is entered into by and between CITY OF ANAHEIM , a public body corporate and politic, (the “City”) and Encore Anaheim, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company , its successors and assigns (“Buyer”). The City and Buyer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
