These Global Purchasing Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) set-forth the terms and conditions upon which Buyer , as identified on the purchase order (“Buyer”), offer to purchase, on a non-exclusive basis, the goods, materials, supplies, services and/or work, as described on written purchase orders (collectively referred to herein as “Goods”) to the supplier of the Goods (“Seller”).
