This software license agreement (this “License Agreement”) between DISTRIBUTOR NAME (“Distributor”) and END CUSTOMER NAME (“End Customer”), effective from the same date as the acceptance of the Quotation (as defined hereinbelow), shall apply in respect to Distributor’s sub-licensing of RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ)’s (“RaySearch”) treatment planning system RayStation® and End Customer’s use thereof. Distributor and End Customer are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
