Each time you use or authorize others to use Business Online Banking Services it constitutes confirmation by you of your agreement to and understanding of the terms of this Agreement and any subsequent notifications, amendments, modifications, or changes provided to you when using the Business Online Banking Services. This Agreement will be effective as of the date of our acceptance as evidenced by our issuance of a Username and password to you, the Administrator (if any), or any other users authorized by you.
