Each of the Parties confirms that it has read this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms. Definitions used in Schedule 2 AI as a Service Specific Terms and Schedule 3 General Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Statement of Work unless the context otherwise requires.
