(“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Interconnection Customer, Inc, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Mexico (“Interconnection Customer”), and Public Service Company of New Mexico, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of New Mexico (“PNM”). Interconnection Customer and PNM each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
