This Axon Evidence Reseller Addendum (“Reseller Addendum”) is between Axon Enterprise, Inc. or an Axon Affiliate, (“Axon”), and Distributor (“Reseller”). Axon and Reseller are each a “Party” and collectively “Parties.” This Reseller Addendum sets forth the terms and conditions for the resale, delivery, use, and support of Axon Evidence (“Service”). This Reseller Addendum is effective as of the signature date on the Quote for the sale of Axon Evidence (“Effective Date”). The terms of the Distributor Agreement between Axon and Reseller will govern this Reseller Addendum. To the extent there is a conflict between a term in the Distributor Agreement and this Reseller Addendum with regards to terms specific to the resale of Axon Evidence, this Reseller Addendum shall control.
