This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is effective as of _______, 2021 ("Effective Date") between the American Bar Association, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, with offices at 321 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654 (“ABA”), and ____________________, a ______________ corporation, with offices at _________________________ ("Supplier"). References herein to Supplier shall be deemed to include any and all subcontractors used by Supplier to provide the Services (as hereinafter defined) and any other services under this Agreement. ABA and Supplier may each be referred to individually as a party, or collectively as parties to this Agreement.
