THIS DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between the City of Thornton ("City"), a Colorado municipal corporation, located at 9500 Civic Center Drive, Thornton, Colorado 80229; York 80 LLC and 152nd and York LLC (“Owner”) PO Box 247 Eastlake, CO 80614. ALL HIGHLIGHTED COMMENTS NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED. KEEP OR REWRITE HIGHLIGHTED LANGUAGE ACCORDING TO PROJECTS SPECIFICS. ONCE THAT IS COMPLETE, REMOVE ALL HIGHLIGHTS AND COMMENTS BEFORE ROUTING EXTERNALLY.
