This is a legally-binding contract between the University of West Georgia’s Department of Housing and Residence Life (HRL), and the individual Resident. HRL agrees to furnish the Resident with housing as outlined under the terms and conditions stated herein. Neither HRL nor the University of West Georgia will recognize any alterations or additions to this contract.
