This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA”), effective as of the last date executed (“Effective Date”), is between Virginia Commonwealth University, a corporation and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia, whose address is 912 West Grace Street, Richmond, VA 23298 (“VCU”, or “University”), and Corporate Travel Management North America, Inc. dba Collegiate Travel Planners, a Delaware corporation, with offices located at 613 NW Loop 410, Suite 140, San Antonio, TX 78216 (“Collegiate Travel Planners” or “Contractor”). VCU and Collegiate Travel Planners are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
