Do hereby nominate and appoint VAN WYK ATTORNEYS (“VWA”) with power of substitution (hereafter called “the Attorney”) to render professional legal services to me, which shall include the right to prosecute or defend proceedings in any competent court and on my behalf to take all necessary steps in connection with
